Linen cloth is one type of fabric made from natural materials in the form of plant fibers such as flax which in English is called flax plants and in Latin is called Linum usitatissimum. Usually used to make clothes. Linen is often used in making light clothing and tablecloths.
Linen has a special characteristic that is relatively stiffer compared to cotton fabrics with thicker fiber fibers. Although it looks stiff, but when held it will feel that the linen is smooth, soft and cool. The more frequently used, the softness of linen will increase. Unlike the cotton fabric which is slightly elastic, the linen fabric is not at all elastic.
